Medical Assistant

Family Practice Center is the largest group of physician-owned doctors' office in Pennsylvania. With over 40 locations throughout Central Pa, we are always looking to hire talented individuals to join our team.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team at our Lewisberry office. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rooming patients
• Assisting providers with various tasks
• Documentation and record-keeping
• Triages
• Phlebotomy
• Administering immunization and injections
• Conducting EKGs and other testing
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Assistant preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude

Hours of operation:

• Monday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Tuesday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Wednesday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Thursday: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Friday: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
