Inventory Specialist

The Inventory Specialist's key objective is to assist the Inventory Team with day-to-day monitoring of PMS for inventory and reservation related issues.

• Monitors PMS for reservation placement (room assignments) to ensure proper utilization
• Point of contact for resort staff for issues related to reservations including - inventory allocations, overbookings, out of order rooms, any other questions related to inventory/reservations
• Work with Resort Staff to identify operational best practices and desirable maintenance timeframes
• Oversee Inventory usage assuring that it is properly utilized
• Handle all emergency out of service requests which may include reservation relocations
• Provide as needed inventory assistance to marketing, member services, and other sales channels to maximize inventory utilization
• Enters and monitors inbound Exchange activity and various Ownership Club's inbounds for assigned resorts
• Communicate with owners on an as needed basis
• Willing to be cross trained in all aspects of the department to assist where needed
• All other duties as requested
