We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives from business case development through production deployment and operational transition. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive projects across multiple teams, manage stakeholders at all levels, ensure compliance with IT governance standards, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IT Project Management, ITIL processes, stakeholder management, governance, and enterprise IT delivery, along with the ability to navigate complex organizational environments and rapidly adapt to new technologies. Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation through production release and hypercare support. Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, budgets, schedules, and resource strategies. Define project scope, objectives, success metrics, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder engagement plans. Drive project execution through all required tollgates and governance checkpoints. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. Planning & Governance Create and maintain: project timelines and schedules, cost estimates and budget tracking, benefits realization plans, risk and issue logs, stakeholder communication plans, executive status reports and presentations. Manage project documentation within the organization's IT Portfolio and Project Management (ITPPM) platform. Stakeholder & Team Management Lead project kickoffs, steering committee meetings, workshops, and stakeholder reviews. Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, technical architects, developers, QA/test teams, infrastructure teams, vendors and contractors. Manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations across business and IT organizations. IT Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with information security reviews, architecture reviews, enterprise governance processes, technology standards and controls. Coordinate all required project approvals and audit documentation. ITIL & Operational Readiness Establish and oversee ITIL-aligned operational processes including incident management, change management, problem management, service transition. Ensure operational readiness and successful transition to IT Operations teams. Monitor KPIs and service performance metrics post-implementation. Vendor & PMO Engagement Manage vendor deliverables and performance expectations. Maintain PMO reporting, project dashboards, and executive communications. Facilitate project workshops and decision-making sessions. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field. 7+ years of IT Project Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives. Proven experience delivering complex IT projects from ideation through production deployment. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices. Experience with project governance, portfolio management, and compliance frameworks. Demonstrated success managing cross-functional and distributed teams. Strong risk management and issue resolution capabilities. Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills. Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing projects within the healthcare or highly regulated industries. Previous experience with HON/Honeywell IT systems, methodologies, or project governance environments. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certifications. Experience with enterprise PMO tools and portfolio management platforms. Familiarity with cloud technologies, digital transformation, and enterprise application implementations. Required Skills
