The promoters wish to appoint a Programme Director who will take ownership of delivery of the project over an initial 5 to 7 year timeframe.
This person will manage the appointment of planners, architects, engineers and associated professional partners, in addition to coordinating and overseeing the construction and civil engineering tendering processes and delivery over the individual phases of the project.
Key Areas of Responsibility Development & Project Delivery Evaluate individual project viability and support long-term development strategy, identifying new opportunities aligned with public good objectives Manage capital development programme (incl individual projects) from inception to completion Coordinate multidisciplinary teams; (professionals / contractors) Prepare briefs / documentations for appointment of design team professionals and for contractor tendering processes Stakeholder & Partnership Management/ Communication Maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, including: local authorities, utility providers, government agencies community organisations Governance, Procurement & Compliance with the follow: organisational policies, procurement procedures, statutory obligations, and regulatory requirement. xyswxtq
