The main purpose of is role to provide a high-level of administrative support in order to: Deliver high quality and customer-focused services, as per the Unit's remit, to the various customers in Registry and across the University and to those in the wider community.
Support and deputise for their line manager within the team in planning, managing and implementing an approach to providing first-class services.
Actively participate in the development of Assessment processes and constantly improve the quality and effectiveness of its services, systems and communications.
They will be someone seeking an opportunity to develop their management skills and to get involved in supporting the management of an ever-evolving team focused on delivering a quality service.
These objectives will be achieved through a number of duties and responsibilities, outlined below, and to be fully scoped with the post holder.
