Essential Experience 8+ years leading senior project, programme or transformation delivery in complex organisations.
Must have worked in funds/asset management or the investments industry recently; this is essential.
Delivered multi-function, multi-system, multi-data-domain transformation or integration programmes.
Delivery and transformation fundamentals: planning, risk, governance, stakeholder engagement and change management.
Experience in regulated environments with a clear understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations.
Outstanding communication and influencing skillsable to simplify complexity for senior stakeholders.
Hands-on with enterprise delivery, reporting and automation tools (e.g.
JIRA, Power Apps, Power BI) to drive data-led oversight.
Valued Additional Experience Merger or merger-like integration experience (operating model consolidation, systems rationalisation, org restructuring).
PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management certification.
Work in Microsoft-centric ecosystems (Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Microsoft Fabric).
Involvement in data transformation (MDM, migration, data quality). xyswxtq
Background in AI or technology-enabled transformation programmes.
