As Club Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our club's success. You'll:
- Lead Sales & Membership Growth: Own new client acquisition and membership/training sales. Build relationships, follow up with leads, and help members achieve their goals.
- Promote Our Brand: Foster partnerships with local businesses and influencers. Coordinate and execute engagement campaigns, national marketing campaigns, and community outreach efforts.
- Build & Motivate a Team: Inspire your staff to work as a cohesive, high-performing unit. Foster a positive, trusting, and fun club culture.
- Oversee Operations: Manage daily club tasks, like running reports, analyzing KPIs, using club management software, handling billing, engaging with members, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Create Culture: Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate a warm, inclusive atmosphere that keeps members coming back and sharing their experiences.
- No Fitness Industry Experience Required: We value great communication and soft skills above all, but a passion for health and fitness is a strong bonus.
- Must be 18+ years old
- Flexible Schedule: Primarily daytime hours during the week, with occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed.
