The Senior Manager, Strategic Planning supports the development and execution of Topgolf's strategic priorities by partnering closely with senior and executive leadership to drive growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise success. This highly visible role leads strategic initiatives, conducts in-depth business and market analysis, and develops actionable recommendations that influence key business decisions across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings strong strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and executive communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across multiple stakeholders. This role plays a critical part in shaping and executing enterprise growth strategies while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partner with senior and executive leadership to define, prioritize, implement, and communicate key components of the organization's growth strategies.
  • Lead and support high-impact strategic initiatives that drive business growth, operational effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Develop actionable recommendations and business insights that inform strategic decision-making and enterprise priorities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic analysis, assess financial impact, and develop business cases for company initiatives.
  • Evaluate growth opportunities, operational performance, and market dynamics to support informed decision-making.
  • Track and report progress toward strategic objectives, proactively identifying risks and recommending solutions to keep initiatives on course.
  • Build and maintain key metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor the performance of existing and emerging growth strategies.
  • Conduct market scans, competitive benchmarking, and in-depth competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities that inform strategic planning.
  • Monitor industry developments and evolving consumer trends to support long-term growth strategies and innovation initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of executive-level presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex analyses and strategic recommendations clearly, concisely, and persuasively.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and accountability through collaboration, mentorship, and coaching.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field required; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, corporate strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leadership on enterprise-level strategic initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities with experience developing business cases and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting tools.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and growth strategy development.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
