In this role, you'll take full ownership of a country-level After Sales organizationshaping strategy, elevating service performance, and ensuring customers receive the reliable, high-quality support they depend on. You'll lead a team that keeps operations running, customers confident, and the business growing.
This is a position for a hands-on, people-first leader who thrives at the intersection of service, strategy, and customer experience.
What You'll DoAs the After Sales Manager, you will:
Lead national After Sales operationsoverseeing service, parts, field support, and workshop performance
Build and execute a market-aligned After Sales strategy that drives growth and customer satisfaction
Strengthen the service network through partnerships, dealer development, and consistent service delivery
Drive service and parts revenue, including service agreements and dealer support
Lead warranty, remanufacturing, and technical support processes
Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all After Sales functions
Develop and mentor a high-performing team with trust, accountability, and hands-on leadership
Represent the country organization in regional and global After Sales forums
Collaborate closely with Sales to build long-term customer relationships
Travel domestically and internationally (approx. 50%)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Forestry, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
10+ years in aftersales, service, parts, or operations leadership
Proven success leading teams and service-based business units
Strong commercial mindset and understanding of service profitability
Experience in forestry, heavy equipment, industrial machinery, or automotive is a plus
A leadership style grounded in trust, development, and accountability
Confidence navigating complex customer situations with sound judgment
Deep knowledge of service operations, tools, and processes
A continuous improvement mindset and collaborative approach
You'll have full operational leadership for After Sales within the country organization, including:
Defining team structure and operating models
Owning the After Sales budget and ensuring financial performance
Setting the scale and scope of service operations
Selecting, developing, and managing After Sales personnel
Ensuring alignment with global frameworks, governance, and approval thresholds

Schedule: MondayFriday, approx. 7:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.
Travel: Domestic + international (approx. 50%)
Language: English required; Finnish a plus
