The Role
As a
Nursery Room Leader, you’ll help children learn, play, and grow in a
safe, engaging environment. You will:
- Lead
a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.
- Support
and mentor team members.
- Build
strong relationships with children and families.
- Maintain
safeguarding, records and room standards.
About You
You’re
compassionate, reliable, and committed to making a difference every
day.
Essential:
- Level
3 childcare qualification
- Confident
written and spoken English
Desirable:
- Experience
in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge
of EYFS and safeguarding best practices
