Provide L1.5/L2 production support for migration from Transmit BindID to Passkey authentication. Troubleshoot passkey enrollment, authentication, device registration, and user access issues. Analyze WebAuthn/FIDO2 protocol errors and browser compatibility issues. Investigate device binding, credential synchronization, and cross-device authentication problems. Monitor production incidents, analyze logs, and API transactions. Collaborate with application teams, platform administrators, and vendors to support migration and resolve technical issues. Hands-on knowledge of CIAM, MFA, Passkeys, FIDO2/WebAuthn, REST APIs, and Transmit Security is preferred.
