As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead performance delivery across key paid media accounts and drive measurable growth for our clients.
Note that at least 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns is necessary for this role.
Role Description The Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for leading the strategy, execution and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns across search, social and display.
This is a senior performance role, focused on paid media with clear accountability for results.
You will:
Own paid media channel strategy and performance delivery for assigned accounts
Translate business objectives into data‑led campaign plans
Lead testing roadmaps and optimisation strategy
Support client conversations with confident, commercially focused insight
Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal capability building
You will work closely with the Digital Account Manager and Marketing Executive to ensure campaigns align with commercial goals, while maintaining hands‑on ownership of performance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities 1. Performance Strategy & Campaign Leadership
Develop and lead multi‑channel digital strategies aligned to KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, LTV and revenue growth
Own campaign structure, targeting strategy and optimisation frameworks
Create clear testing roadmaps across paid search, paid social and display
Identify performance risks and opportunities proactively
Lead forecasting and budget allocation recommendations
Oversee and execute complex digital campaigns across search platforms
Analyse performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies and growth levers
Optimise campaigns using advanced bid strategies, audience segmentation and creative testing
Ensure tracking, tagging and measurement frameworks are accurate and robust
Use analytics platforms (e.g. GA4, Looker Studio) to guide data‑driven decisions
3. Client Reporting & Insight
Deliver commercially focused reporting that moves beyond metrics to actionable insight
Confidently explain performance drivers and optimisation decisions
Support and contribute to monthly and quarterly review meetings
Provide strategic recommendations grounded in performance data
Provide guidance and mentoring to Digital Marketing Executives
Support quality assurance across campaigns
Share knowledge across the team to strengthen performance capability
Contribute to a high‑performance, collaborative team culture
5. Commercial Contribution
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Support new business proposals and performance forecasting
Ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently and within scope
Contribute to account health and retention through strong performance delivery
Required Experience and Skills
Experience using Google Analytics or other analytical packages
High level of experience managing Google Ads accounts
Strong understanding of marketing KPIs and optimisation techniques
High levels of numeracy and literacy
Proven ability to drive business success through digital marketing activity
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving capability
Self‑motivated, proactive and ambitious
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for search marketing and continuous learning
