Wilo and American-Marsh Pumps, leading manufacturers of pumps & pump systems for water & wastewater treatment, potable water distribution, pressure boosting, and sewage collection, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their Midwest team. This role does require up to 50% travel throughout that territory that includes Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois, and Michigan.
If you have at least 10 years of experience selling technical or industrial products, this is a career you need to explore. What you will Do:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive profitable growth
Build strong relationships with channel partners, consulting engineers, contractors, OEMs, and end users
Drive specification activity and expand market share within the Water Management segment
Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure timely delivery, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution
Support large-scale projects, tenders, RFPs, and technical proposals
Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities, and communicate insights to leadership
Maintain accurate sales activity documentation and pipeline management
Lead channel partner engagement plans and regional growth initiatives
Support new product development (NPD) growth initiatives within the region
