Location: Paris, Courbevoie

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic partnership with Microsoft, ensuring the successful execution of business plans, sales strategy and vendor priorities. You will oversee sales performance through forecast, pipeline and business analysis while leading and developing a team of experienced Microsoft Business Development Managers and Account Managers. Working closely with Microsoft and internal stakeholders, you will help accelerate growth across Microsoft's strategic solutions.
Responsibilities in this position:
- Develop and strengthen the strategic partnership between Arrow and Microsoft.
- Lead the development and execution of Microsoft's business strategy, creating business plans and action plans to drive sustainable growth.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Development Managers and Account Managers, ensuring high performance through coaching, guidance and business reviews.
- Support and coach Business Development Managers and Account Managers in identifying, developing and closing strategic sales opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence; evaluate, develop and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
- Ensure execution of sales growth plans and drive demand generation opportunities.
- Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline management and sales performance, ensuring visibility and execution across the Microsoft business.
- Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and implement corrective action plans when needed.
- Support complex commercial engagements, including strategic opportunities involving C-level decision makers.
- Drive value-based selling by supporting the team with commercial direction, sales priorities and business coaching.
Your Profile:
- Requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a 4-year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience within the Microsoft ecosystem and a strong understanding of Microsoft's business model and partner environment.
- Proven experience leading commercial or sales teams.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, value selling and strategic account growth.
- Interest in the latest technologies and the IT industry.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience managing forecasts, sales pipelines and business performance.
- Experience creating business plans, defining sales priorities and driving execution.
