Essential Functions
Supports the Technical Subject Matter Expert and/or the IT Project Managers to prepare and edit documentation incorporating information provided by the user, specialist, business analyst, developer, and management personnel.
Supports collection, capture, and management of mission user needs from prioritization through concept development, and user story writing to support development.
Reviews and updates published Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Quick Guides, and other related materials for users and Help Desk representatives.
Develops new materials and updates existing materials.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Experience working with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for projects, developing Standard Operating Procedures, writing technical system documentation, editing technical and non-technical documents and formulating strategic documents.
Ability to work with all types of customers to understand, document, and produce a multitude of final products supporting IT project management, technical system documentation, leadership presentations, and general program documentation.
Qualifications
Active Top Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in English, Literature, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Social Science, Education, or related analytical or technical discipline. Education substitution requires 8+ years’ proven experience providing business analytics/analysis, documentation specialist, project management support, or related support elements related to the position.
2+ years’ experience developing, editing, and producing technical and graphical documentation for information technology systems and conducting business analytics.
Must be a US Citizen
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
