Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the sales teams.
Gather, scrub, input, and track sales data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Generate reports for brokers, clients, and sales teams.
Engage and foster relationships with internal and external partners.
Complete projects as requested by sales teams.
Coordinate with proposal units on RFP responses and maintain system updates for proposal and sales activity.
Research and resolve routine sales, claims, and benefit issues.
100% remote.
Work Schedule: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday – Friday) local time; candidates in other time zones may work the same hours after training.
No overtime expected.
Requirements
High school diploma and minimum 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficient in data entry, Microsoft Office, quick learner, document review for completeness and accuracy.
Ability to work on multiple screens in multiple programs.
Pay Rate Range
Min Pay Rate: $18.82
Max Pay Rate: $34.70
Currency: USD
Unit: hourly
