Über
Provide Business Systems Analysis support within a defined business or process area.
Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, priorities and challenges.
Conduct process‑specific requirements analysis through interviews, document and artifact analysis, development of business process descriptions, task and workflow analysis.
Prepare detailed process documentation, including system requirements and process flows/use cases.
Plan initiatives, perform feasibility studies, cost/benefit analyses and new system design.
Collaborate with internal and external users/clients to elicit business concerns and develop workable solutions.
Assist with process enhancement feasibility studies and develop data‑supported justification documentation.
Determine impact on existing systems and processes.
Maintain strong and collaborative relationship with business and IT colleagues.
Support the business in developing and delivering end‑user training.
Address end‑user process questions and collaborate with IT colleagues to provide process/system support and ongoing issue analysis/correction.
Develop progress reports and communicate project status to team and manager.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree and 2‑4 years of relevant experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
