*\*\*\*PART TIME ONLY\*\*\*With tips you average about $20+ an hour. You take home cash tips during the week and card tips are added to your weekly paycheck (paid every Friday). *
*SHIFT: *
*THIS IS A MORNING POSITION. *
*10AM TO 3PM (ATLEAST 2 DAYS DURING THE WEEK) PLUS 2 SATURDAYS *_*OR*_ *2 SUNDAYS A MONTH (OR ATLEAST 1 SATURDAY AND 1 SUNDAY A MONTH). i JUST NEED ATLEAST 2 WEEKEND DAYS A MONTH FROM YOU. THIS IS MANDATORY. *
*SATURDAY/SUNDAY SHIFTS ARE ALL DAY FROM 10AM-6PM. WEEKEND SHIFTS, YOU'RE USUALLY PAIRED WITH ANOTHER WORKER, SO YOU'RE NOT BY YOURSELF.*
\*\*\*Pay STARTS at $16 but we will consider a higher pay based off of experience. With tips you average about $20+ an hour.

Mahalo for your interest in working at Kula Kups! As you might already know, we love having a lot of fun while serving high-quality boba drinks and desserts.
A few things to consider:
\*\*\* The food truck opens at 11am so you will be by yourself from 11am to around 2:15 (when the student workers come in). As such, you need to be confident in your abilities to open the food truck and prep by yourself, provide good customer service, and make drinks in a timely manner.
1): We are a small food truck so space is tight. Are you okay working in small spaces? It can get a bit crowded so we just want to be clear about the working environment.
2): We require all employees to be able to wash dishes, take orders, as well as make orders. All employees rotate all stations - no one is exempt from washing dishes, taking orders, etc.
3): You must have reliable transportation to and from work. Time and attendance is very important to us.
4): At Kula Kups, we love to make fun TikTok videos and we do a lot of activities with our customers. You must be comfortable being in front of the camera and engaging with our customers (doing fun activities and challenges, etc).
5): We are looking for someone with high energy, someone excited to be at work and ready to have fun serving drinks/desserts to our customers. We are looking for someone "not shame" to be in front of the camera and "not shame" to ask our customers if they want to do our TikTok Challenge.
6): Sometimes things can get stressful here at Kula Kups, with long lines and long ticket orders. How do you work under stress? How do you feel about working in a tight space AND under stress?
