- FULLY OFFICE BASED Overview An established organisation supporting the healthcare sector is looking for a commercially focused Service Contracts Manager to manage an existing portfolio of customer service agreements across Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, managing commercial contracts and protecting recurring revenue.
You'll take ownership of contract renewals, identify opportunities to enhance service agreements and ensure customers receive an outstanding experience throughout the contract lifecycle.
This is an office-based role working closely with Service, Finance and Sales teams.
The Role As the primary commercial contact for your customer portfolio, you will: Manage the full-service contract renewal process, maintaining a forward pipeline of upcoming renewals.
Build strong relationships with customers through regular proactive contact.
Prepare and issue renewal quotations in line with pricing and commercial guidelines.
Negotiate contract renewals and agree commercial terms where appropriate.
Promote enhanced service packages and multi-year agreements to existing customers.
Secure purchase orders and coordinate contracts through to invoicing.
Follow up outstanding quotations to maximise renewal rates.
Maintain accurate customer and contract information within the ERP system.
Work closely with Service and Finance teams to ensure contract compliance and minimise revenue leakage.
Identify opportunities for additional products and services, referring leads to the sales team.
Produce regular reports on renewal performance, contract coverage and commercial activity.
Key Requirements You are organised, commercially aware and enjoy developing long-term customer relationships.
You'll ideally have experience in in Service Contract Management and contract renewals Internal Sales Commercial Administration and Technical Service Administration Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Confidence discussing pricing and negotiating renewals.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail with experience using ERP or CRM systems.
Good Excel and reporting skills.
A proactive approach to customer retention and revenue growth.
