Its a commercial lead position inside a growing property development business where your judgement on margin, procurement and risk actually shapes outcomes.
Were looking for a QS with 5+ years experience and genuine developer-side exposure.
Youll own the internal commercial function, supported by an external QS partner, working across high-value residential and commercial schemes within a 90-minute radius of Limerick.
What youll be doing: Developer appraisals, cost planning and value engineering Budget, cashflow and cost reporting across the full project lifecycle Procurement strategy, contractor selection and subcontractor packages Internal benchmarking to sharpen future decision-making Youll fit if you: Are commercially sharp and comfortable with contracts, budgets and negotiation Work well independently in a low-ego, fast-moving environment Question assumptions and look for smarter delivery Strong scope to grow into broader project leadership as the business expands.
Professionally qualified in QS or Construction Management preferred.
Residential, medical or commercial development experience a plus. xyswxtq
