Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff effectively.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety on site, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Liaise with clients, architects, and consultants to ensure project requirements are met.
Prepare and maintain site reports, schedules, and documentation.
Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep the project on track.
Ensure efficient use of resources and budget control.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety, and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Relevant construction qualifications or certifications.
Full clean drivers license.
