To support the evolution of digital products, the remote Junior UI/UX Designer will collaborate with designers and developers to create user-centered, accessible, and visually engaging experiences while assisting in the development of UX/UI deliverables and iterating designs based on feedback. Key responsibilities:
Apply a user-centered design approach and assist in creating UX/UI deliverables from concept to high-fidelity Collaborate with cross-functional teams, implementing design direction and iterating based on feedback Assist with user research, usability testing, and contribute ideas during design reviews and workshops
Required qualifications:
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust clearance 1-4 years of UX/UI experience with a portfolio required Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud Understanding of responsive design, usability, and accessibility principles Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and processes
