My London-based high-growth start-up client have developed a best-in-class AI driven human resources platform, used by leading organisations globally, to execute admin work end-to-end and move beyond rigid HR system. They have received £20million in funding and are backed by well-known tech companies including Slack, Figma and Shopify, to name a few. Due to fast expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Sales Development Team Leader to join them and lead a team of four Sales Development Representatives. This is a great opportunity to play an integral part of the companys growth. You are not inheriting a finished playbook but instead; youre defining the AI-native outbound function from scratch when the product is genuinely differentiated.
