General Manager

The General Manager will serve as the on-site leader of the new ECHO Suites Extended Stay by Wyndham in Aurora, Colorado. This 124-room hotel is part of Wyndham's rapidly growing ECHO Suites extended-stay brand and is the first of several properties currently under development throughout the Greater Denver metropolitan area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new brand at the ground level while helping shape the culture, guest experience, and operational success of a growing hotel portfolio.

The General Manager is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the overall operation and performance of the hotel. This role oversees all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front desk services, housekeeping, maintenance, guest satisfaction, staffing, financial performance, and compliance with company and brand standards. The General Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a positive Team culture, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while achieving operational and financial objectives.
