This is a key role supporting our Technical Excellence agenda, ensuring systems are robust, compliant, and continuously improving.
What you'll do: Support and maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) and document control processes Drive a strong Food Safety & Quality culture across site Manage and support key systems including SAP, INNOVA, Foods Connected, OAL and Respond Analyse and report on Technical KPIs, identifying trends and improvement opportunities Support customer complaints, audits, traceability and mass balance activities Assist with specification updates, product launches and first productions Work closely with production teams to resolve issues and identify root causes Ensure SOPs and systems are regularly reviewed and compliant with standards Support continuous improvement using OPEX and problem-solving tools What we're looking for: Essential: Experience in a Technical / Quality role within food manufacturing Working knowledge of BRCGS, HACCP and retailer standards Experience supporting audits and compliance processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Proficient in Microsoft Office High attention to detail Desirable: Experience with QMS, document control systems and Technical platforms Knowledge of SAP, INNOVA, Foods Connected or similar systems Experience in 8-step problem solving / OPEX tools The company Pilgrim's Europe produces some of the best-known and most iconic brands in the UK and Ireland, including Fridge Raiders, Rollover, Denny, Richmond, Oakhouse and Moy Park, alongside a diverse range of industry leading own-label products in categories including fresh pork, lamb and chicken, working with all the major retailers and food service outlets.
