As a Manager, Clinical Data Science at ICON, you will oversee the analysis and interpretation of clinical data to support drug development and improve patient outcomes.
What You Will Do: You will oversee clinical data science workstreams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
Key responsibilities include: Driving the analysis of clinical trial data to derive actionable insights and support decision-making processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data collection, management, and reporting throughout clinical trials.
Overseeing the implementation of best practices in data science methodologies and technologies within the organization.
Providing mentorship and guidance to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Establishing strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance data integrity and optimize clinical outcomes.
Your Profile: You will have solid clinical data science experience, with the ability to manage competing priorities and develop your team.
Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, computer science, or a related discipline Extensive experience in clinical data analysis, with a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively in a collaborative environment.
Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages, with a keen ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and driving positive change.
Willingness to travel as required (approximately 10%) Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
