Senior Manager Customer Service
Our team is partnering with a dynamic food manufacturer that is in the midst of significant growth. They're looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to help transform the team, processes and technology. Scope of Responsibility:- Order management from taking the order, processing and tracking of accurate and on-time-delivery.
- Collaboration with Sales and Supply Chain planning teams to ensure orders can be produced and delivered.
- Proactive communication with the Sales and Supply Chain on any irregular orders and communication back to customers where there are issues with timely delivery.
- Leading the transformation of the team, its processes, and the implementation of a new ERP system.
- Reporting on the performance of the team and order delivery to internal teams and customers.
- Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
- Experience in Customer Packaged Goods experience required.
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service roles.
- Proven track record in building and developing teams and processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%
- Compensation: $120,000 to $135,000 plus a 15% bonus target that can go as high as 30%.
