You will directly supervise General Managers, enforce operational standards, and ensure top-notch quality and service. Key Responsibilities:

• Directly supervise 5-6 General Managers
• Enforce Company Operations standards for quality and cleanliness
• Monitor financial and operating performance; develop action plans for improvement
• Hire and develop management staff; support training programs
• Ensure compliance with HR laws; address employee complaints
• Implement sales building strategies and achieve HR goals

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds
• Extended periods of walking and/or standing
