The Opportunity
Our client is looking for an experienced IT Hardware, Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support their global IT Operations function. This position plays a key role in ensuring employees across multiple international locations have the equipment and technology they need to work effectively. You will oversee the end-to-end management of IT hardware, from purchasing and inventory control through to deployment, returns, repairs and retirement. A major focus of the role will be managing UK and international shipping, coordinating deliveries, handling customs documentation and ensuring returned equipment is recovered, processed and made available for future use. Based primarily in the London office, you will also provide practical hardware support for colleagues locally and internationally. The position requires regular on-site attendance, occasional travel between offices and the ability to safely handle and move IT equipment.
