Support agency compliance by following state and federal regulations, including policies related to abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Answer and route calls from clinicians, patients, and caregivers while providing exceptional customer service. Retrieve and manage clinical documentation to support scheduling and patient care. Ensure all protected health information is properly handled and redacted in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Assist the scheduling team by coordinating communication between clinicians and patients. Maintain accurate documentation and provide administrative support to multiple departments. Foster professional communication that helps ensure outstanding patient care. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a healthcare-related field. Home Health experience preferred. Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software systems.
