Property Administrator
Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to provide administrative support for property management operations. This role focuses on general administrative tasks, record maintenance, and supporting day-to-day property operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management across assigned properties.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, capable of managing multiple tasks while supporting the property management team.
What You'll Do
- Post rents and maintain tenant accounts accurately.
- Enter invoices and track expenses.
- Prepare balance due notices and other tenant communications.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for properties.
- Support bookkeeping and accounting functions as needed.
- Assist with vendor coordination and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations.
What It Takes
- 25 years of experience in property management or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with affordable housing or multi-family property administration is a plus.
