Direct oversight of all day-to-day branch operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability

Development and execution of local business plans aligned with company-wide strategies

Management of the branch's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis

Hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team across all departments

Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint

Driving key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for continuous improvement

Strengthening relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners

5+ years of leadership experience, ideally in residential services, construction, or a related industry

Strong financial and business acumen, including P&L ownership and budget management

A history of building teams that are both high-performing and highly engaged

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead through influence

A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach

Experience in residential home services is preferred but not required
