Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Sr. Data Business Analyst to join their team. As a Sr. Data Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Discovery and Architecture department supporting project teams and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, prioritize, and document business and data requirements.
Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business needs into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Serve as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
Analyze, profile, and validate data to assess quality, completeness, and business impact.
Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and risks, and work with stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience on a technology delivery team. Equivalent education and experience will also be considered.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and data requirements.
Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and solution delivery.
Ability to develop and maintain process flows and business documentation.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
