Responsible for requirements gathering, User Story production and functional testing. Main Tasks:
Write Comprehensive Functional Specifications: Craft detailed functional specifications to guide the development and ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements. Drive Testing Efforts: Collaborate closely with the development team to execute thorough testing of new features and enhancements, maintaining a high standard of quality and reliability. Provide User Training and Ongoing Support: Deliver comprehensive training sessions to users and provide ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization and user satisfaction.
Qualifications Technical Skills:
Knowledge of Calypso (practice) Knowledge of Financial Markets: Strong understanding of financial markets and its basic instruments. Specific knowledge of securities finance is highly valued Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements, identify potential challenges, and propose innovative solutions to address them effectively
Language Skills
Fluency in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with team members, stakeholders, and end-user
Soft Skills:
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills Attention to detail is essential especially when under pressure and time constraints Proactive and flexible approach to dealing with challenges Highly motivated to work directly for a front-office IT team
