The Clinical Management for Behavioral Health Services (CMBHS) Business Analyst shall perform activities that include but are not limited to the following: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs relating to the Youth Empowerment Services (YES) program in order to document business needs for automation of the data collection process. Facilitates gathering information needs and functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders Writes detailed description of user needs, business rules, user acceptance criteria, and steps required to develop or modify CMBHS to meet data collection needs. Develops, publishes, and implements test cases/test plans for large complex Biz Talk Server, C#,.Net computer application CMBHS. Works under limited supervision. Works with Business Partners to analyze and assist developers in debugging CMBHS. Analyzes test cases and provides regular progress reports. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Other reasonable services as necessary to ensure that the tasks listed above can be successfully performed. Work closely with CMBHS Project Manager to ensure resources are properly coordinated to complete project task assignments. Minimum Requirements
8 Years Business Analyst Experience 6 Year Testing knowledge of the principles, practices, and techniques of computer programming and systems analysis 6 Years' Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing 5 Year Software Test Analyst. 2 Years' Experience with UML, Use Cases, Asset Management Tool (ClearCase or TFS). Preferences
5 years Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with people of all technical levels Knowledge of Incremental Development Methodologies 5 years Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions 5years Ability to work independently and in a team environment 5 years Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, users, technical staff and management 5 years Ability to efficiently manage development of use cases with SME's 4 years' Experience working with Government agencies 4 years Knowledge of industry best practices and standards
