Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; some Saturdays required during busy season
Compensation $20-$24/hour + monthly bonus potential

Key Responsibilities
Managing the sales dispatch board with a strong focus on lead value and prioritization
Scheduling appointments strategically to maximize revenue per lead
Ensuring accuracy and visibility in Probook and Centah
Completing confirmation calls, auditing canceled leads, and verifying all required documentation
Supporting smooth handoffs and workflow between Sales, Service, and Install teams
Holding team members accountable for process compliance
Monitoring lead progress and proactively addressing scheduling gaps or stalled leads
Assisting with daily operational coordination to ensure optimized routes and technician efficiency
Communicating effectively with internal teams to maintain alignment and minimize fall-off
Participating in the evening and weekend cell phone rotation to ensure continuous technician support and coverage
Expectations & Success Metrics Success in this role requires strong time management, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Performance will be measured by
Dispatch accuracy and effective lead optimization
Proactive scheduling and timely follow‑through on all leads
Data accuracy and documentation compliance within Probook and Centah
Collaboration with Sales Reps, Service, and Install teams
Demonstrated impact on revenue per lead and reduction of fall-off
Ability to maintain a balanced board while identifying opportunities for improvement
