Manager Operations Performance and Data Analytics, North America The Manager Operations Performance and Data Analytics, North America is a key leader within the Global Operations (COO) function, driving regional performance through data‑driven insights. This role leads a team of BI and Reporting Analysts, partners cross‑functionally on strategic initiatives, and delivers analytics that enhance business efficiency, performance, and decision‑making. You will shape scalable reporting, analytics frameworks, and automation solutions to maximize operational impact and stakeholder value.
Way of Working This is a US remote based position. Candidates must currently reside in select U.S. states where we are authorized to hire and be legally eligible to work in the US. Current or future sponsorship is not available.
Authorized States Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Illinois, Kentucky, Minnesota, South Carolina, Philadelphia Pennsylvania and Tennessee.
Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing analytics team, fostering a collaborative culture and serving as the escalation point for complex analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Analytical Strategy & Execution:
Drive end‑to‑end analytical strategy and delivery across the customer journey, providing actionable performance insights to business leaders and advising on what actions impact KPIs.
Reporting Frameworks & Automation:
Own standardized regional and global reporting frameworks, improving automation, scalability, and speed‑to‑insight while reducing manual effort.
Technology Enablement & Tool Deployment:
Partner with global and regional stakeholders to enable modern analytics solutions, including AI, automation, and advanced BI capabilities.
Power BI Environment & Workspace Governance:
Manage the regional Power BI environment, including governance, access, refreshes, and alignment with global configurations. Support the transition of a fully globalized reporting landscape.
Source System Integration & Data Architecture:
Oversee integration of enterprise source systems into reporting architecture and lead reporting transitions driven by system or business changes.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate cross‑functionally to consolidate data, build trusted partnerships, and deliver enterprise‑level operational insights.
Global Reporting Alignment:
Ensure consistency of reporting by aligning regions to global frameworks and KPI standards while enabling appropriate local customization.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data Analytics, BI, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years in analytics or data strategy.
3+ years lead or people leadership experience preferred.
Advanced Power BI expertise, including development, automation, and workspace governance.
Strong SQL (Oracle preferred) and Python skills for advanced analytics and automation.
Proven leader of high‑impact analytics teams and cross‑functional initiatives.
Basic understanding of IT architecture, ETL processes and data flows.
Strong stakeholder management, translating business needs into data‑driven solutions.
Experienced in complex project delivery and presenting insights to diverse audiences.
Experience in a multi‑cultural global organization preferred.
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
What We Offer Annualized base pay range is $83,700 - $122,500 USD. Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance‑based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
