Job Description: CP Brands Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant, who will be responsible for preparing for customer meetings, writing detailed recaps after buyer meetings including next steps, and entering orders for buyers.
This person would assist our salesman and interact with the sales, design, and sourcing teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to stay on top of deadlines. Candidate should be detail‑oriented, driven, responsible, and have great interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Take notes during market appointments – notate what’s selling vs not, trends, buyer comments on changes for each CAD, and design/sourcing teams follow ups
Track vendor purchase orders, run and format ATS to send buyers
Scheduling meetings and appointments
Qualifications:
Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Word
Strong organizational and time management skills
Create and implement tracking systems to manage buyers requests
