What You’ll Be Doing:
Engaging with online customers via phone, text, and email
Providing a world-class customer experience
Following proven systems and procedures to maximize sales opportunities
Creating excitement and influencing customers on their Harley-Davidson journey
Setting appointments and passing opportunities to the sales team

Responsibilities:
Contact Internet Customers via phone, text message and email to schedule a sales appointment.
Attain new and used sales quotas as agreed upon with the sales manager.
Follow up on lead generation and qualification.
Generates sales leads closing the sales online or by phone.
Closing sales, quoting, negotiating, overcoming objections and completing follow-up calls.
Utilize computer & phone skills to increase appointments, sales, customer retention and set appointments with call-in-ins, referrals and leads.
Convert confirmed appointments to Sales.
Use floor time effectively to meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products.
Present the features of all products to customers along with their benefits.
Show each customer advantages of products over competing brands.
Cross sells additional F&I products, Warranties & service contracts etc. with all new and used vehicles.
Maintain profit margin objective for all vehicle sales.
