Beyond writing — the role demands an ability to work with clients to learn about their business, their services, and their audiences. You will also be expected to learn and execute tasks according to the Agile Marketing method. This means you will attend weekly/bi‑weekly planning meetings with clients and work to help keep the editorial plan and content moving.

Responsibilities Include:
Work with your team to develop and execute content strategy for your clients based on their marketing goals.
Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and effective concepts and campaigns.
Write, edit, and proofread copy for a variety of media including blogs, emails, websites, social media, and ads, with a focus on website copy.
Leverage AI and LLMs such as Claude and ChatGPT to help improve efficiency and quality of work.
Understand business objectives and audience demographics to be able to successfully land the messaging.
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all digital platforms.
Stay up to date with best practices to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Create compelling copy for digital advertising campaigns, including social media ads, display ads, and search engine marketing.
Have a basic understanding of SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
Monitor and identify future or complementary/relevant trending topics and leverage those topics in multiple ways and within different mediums on behalf of our clients.
Using 1 Bold Step processes and templates, create and adhere to client marketing plans and budgets.
Hold team members and clients accountable (in a kind and respectful manner) to the project plan.
