Occupational Therapist

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver evidence-based geriatric rehabilitation services within our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will perform functional evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide client-centered interventions to maximize independence, safety, and quality of life. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
