Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to learn technical products and drawings
Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience preferred
CRM/ERP experience is a plus
Job Duties:
Assist Sales Representatives with quotes, orders, and customer support
Enter and review customer orders, credits, and revisions
Maintain customer and quote information in company systems
Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries
Coordinate with purchasing, operations, and sales teams
Learn product specifications, drawings, and applications
Provide administrative support to the Sales team
