About the Position
TransForce is seeking qualified CDL Class A Reefer Drivers to support the distribution operation in Lawrenceville, GA. This position involves food service deliveries to coffee chain locations using refrigerated equipment. Drivers must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable with multiple-stop routes and touch freight. Pay & Schedule Details
Pay Rate:
Training Pay is $26.50 per hour
Average Gross Pay:
$1,875-$2,100 per week after training
Estimated First-Year Earnings:
Approximately $97,000
Schedule:
Start time 1 pm - 4.30 pm
Hours:
40 hours per week
Job Details
Route Type:
Local and overnight food service deliveries
Freight:
Touch freight, including milk crates
Equipment:
Refrigerated trucks and trailers
Handling:
Physical unloading at customer locations
Key Responsibilities
Operate CDL Class A refrigerated equipment for deliveries
Complete local and overnight routes to national coffee chain locations
Unload freight at multiple stops (approximately 12 to 15 stops per night)
Occasionally operate a CDL-B truck when needed
Minimum Requirements
1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Valid CDL Class A license
Reefer experience preferred
Must be comfortable with touch freight and food service deliveries
Must be safety-focused, dependable, and professional
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
