About the Role As a senior leader in Data Science, you will help define and deliver the strategic direction for Data Science across the business. You will partner with cross‑functional leaders to develop innovative solutions, elevate best practices, and lead teams in delivering high‑quality models and insights that drive customer and business outcomes. Responsibilities Driving best practices across our Data Science functions Setting strategy and team direction, with a clear vision for Data Science Working with Product leaders to apply Data Science solutions Setting a high‑bar for model development Leading small‑to‑medium sized teams, directly or indirectly Evaluating and creating new frameworks, and defining methodologies and governance Requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to convey information clearly to senior stakeholders Natural problem‑solver, able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues Experience in mentoring or training others and acting as a subject matter expert to guide colleagues Significant experience in managing larger technical teams, directly or indirectly Experience in leading complex projects and customer relationships Substantial experience in a Senior Data Scientist role Work Environment We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organization. This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
