Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for various procedures. Assist surgeons during surgeries by maintaining a sterile environment. Handle and organize surgical supplies and equipment efficiently. Adhere to safety and infection control standards throughout procedures. Monitor and document surgical instruments and supplies used. Participate in on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and holiday shifts. Qualifications:
Possess current certification as a Surgical Technologist; certification preferred. Complete an accredited Surgical Technologist program. Have experience in general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, OB-GYN, podiatry, urology, and dental procedures. Hold a valid State of Iowa Mandatory Reporter training completion. Maintain BLS certification through the American Heart Association. Be willing to stay within 30 minutes of WinnMed when on call. Benefits & Growth:
