Design and create Power BI reports, dashboards, and documents using multiple data warehouses Collaborate with business users, analysts, and IT to ensure alignment through technology migrations and changing business requirements Develop technical specifications and documentation Support data warehouse migrations through mapping, testing, and reporting modifications Serve as point of contact with various business stakeholders to collect requirements, understand the business context, and translate into a production quality process

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or similar technical discipline 3+ years of business intelligence experience supporting enterprise-wide reporting solutions 3+ years of report development experience with Power BI, Micro Strategy, or Tableau. Including dimensional modeling and semantic layer design 3+ years of SQL experience with working knowledge of Oracle and Snowflake databases 2+ years of experience working with Medicare Supplement claims, enrollment, and operational data 1+ years of experience with Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, performance tuning, refresh scheduling, and change tracking 1+ years of experience developing and supporting self-service reporting functionality with Power BI, Micro Strategy, or Tableau 1+ years of experience with Micro Strategy, including reports, dashboards, and dossiers Worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
