About the Position HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire a HP Territory Retail Sales Representative in your area! The role involves driving and increasing sales by training retail associates on HP products, creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand, and building brand awareness through store displays, product placement, and strong relationships within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Train retail associates, staff, and store management on HP products and sales techniques.
Create and maintain engaging in‑store displays and merchandising that adhere to brand standards.
Schedule and facilitate sales and product training sessions with front‑line store associates and managers.
Assess and communicate store needs such as marketing materials and promotional initiatives.
Make product recommendations that meet customers’ everyday needs and document sales, schedules, activities, and best practices.
Collect customer feedback and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Drive brand market share through daily direct and indirect sales activities with customers and retail channel partners.
Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
Qualifications
1 year of retail experience in electronics, tech, or wireless retail (a plus).
1 year of training experience (a plus); experience in coaching and mentoring part‑time co‑workers.
Previous experience as a manager, assistant manager, or in outsourced sales and marketing roles.
Strong analytical skills and customer‑service orientation.
Strong multi‑tasking abilities and the ability to manage daily store visits and training schedules.
Diploma or GED equivalent required.
6+ months of previous retail selling experience.
Basic automotive insurance coverage (1 year).
