Job Description We are seeking an IT Ops Support professional to join a growing team in Indianapolis, IN. This role requires strong expertise in Computer System Validation (CSV) and IT operations, with responsibility for incident and problem management, issue triage, and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Perform Computer System Validation (CSV) activities.
Support CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and CRs (Change Requests) for release tracking and change management.
Manage incident and problem resolution, including triage and troubleshooting.
Track, manage, and resolve issues in collaboration with global teams.
Partner with distributed team members across India, Canada, and the U.S.

Requirements
Must be local to Indianapolis, IN (no relocation or remote options).
Proven experience in IT Operations Support , including validation, change management, and incident resolution.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across global teams.
