Position
Part-time, up to 30 hours. Paid internship $11.00 per hour (opportunities to advance).
Position Summary
Under supervision of the Executive Director, the Communications and Marketing Intern will lead all facets of fund development and communications to promote PCT’s mission. Responsibilities include maintaining, improving, and growing diverse revenue streams and coordinating communication initiatives to support PCT’s programs and budget goals.
Fund Development
Execute sponsorship and fundraising programs, including direct phone and in‑person outreach to donors and cultivating professional relationships with area non‑profit organizations and businesses. Showcase PCT’s programs and services.
Qualifications
Sales ability and interpersonal communications.
Excellent written communication skills.
Graphic design and desktop publishing experience a plus.
Experience working with multiple social media platforms.
Highly positive and enthusiastic style; commitment to ongoing self‑improvement.
Demonstrated ability to multi‑task.
Work creatively and flexibly in a team environment or autonomously with minimal supervision.
