The candidate must have a valid driver’s license and own a vehicle, support the remote locations as needed. Candidate will be reimbursed for mileage and traveling expenses (tolls, bridges, parking, etc.).
Job Functions & Responsibilities
The candidate must be knowledgeable with the following Desktop software:
Operating Systems – Windows 7, 8.1 and 10
MS Office Products – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Etc.
MS Exchange – Outlook, Office 365
Anti-Virus Software - Sophos
Device Encryption – Dell Data Protection
Candidate must be proficient installing, supporting, and troubling the following hardware:
Desktop Equipment
Printers (local / network)
Cell Phones, MiFi Devices
Routers, Communication Hubs, VOIP Desk Phones
Wireless Devices:
Candidate will configure, deliver Cell Phones, MiFi Devices
Install Mobile Device Management Software (MDM)
Network Skills:
The individual should be comfortable with basic Cisco routing switching and LAN administration
The individual should be familiar with Video Conference and VOIP Technology
Should be comfortable with Cable Management (testing and installing)
Comfortable with IP Address sub-netting
Familiar with Microsoft Visio to view of update drawings
Asset Management:
All Hardware / Software installations or changes are to be tracked from asset stand point.
Skills:
Prior Experience with:
Active Directory
Network Printing
General knowledge with the installation and configuration of software applications
Education and Certifications
Minimum 5 years prior demonstrated experience
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Good documentation, writing skills
Ability to provide end user training on as needed basis
